Why is our battery output only two volts? ...it was a pesky loose connector cable on the solar panel!

A seismometer data collection station. The silver insulated GMC-40T seismometer itself (recording 0.05-50 Hz frequencies, as opposed to the GMC-40T-1 which records shorter 1-100 Hz signals) is the silver mound buried just to the upper left of the box.
